OCLC

OCLC was founded in 1967. The Online Computer Library Center is a non-profit, membership computer library service and research organization. On their site, they have an advocacy page that gives valuable information that can be tailored to public, school, and academic libraries. It also has sample posters that can be downloaded and personalized to help with your campaign. One of the interesting facts they quote is that for every dollar spent on a library, four to ten dollars is given back to the community.
